Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and growing healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.

Based across Hertfordshire, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with complex health needs.

Whats on offer:
  • Salary up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid working 2 days from home, 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday, 9am5pm no nights or weekends
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

  • Mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile

Key responsibilities Adult Nurse Manager:
  • Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex needs
  • Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication oversight
  • Lead, train, and support a team of community carers
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
  • Work collaboratively with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider MDT

What were looking for:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support
  • Leadership qualities suited to Band 5 or Band 6 level
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
