Whats on offer:
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working 2 days from home, 3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday, 9am5pm no nights or weekends
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

- Mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile

Key responsibilities Adult Nurse Manager:
- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex needs
- Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication oversight
- Lead, train, and support a team of community carers
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
- Work collaboratively with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider MDT
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support
- Leadership qualities suited to Band 5 or Band 6 level
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
