Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage a daily patient load of 12, delivering consultations, assessments, and treatment plans.</li>
<li>Self-generating referrals, prescriptions, and follow-up care.</li>
<li>Flexible opportunities for home visits (optional).</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.</li>
