• Proficient in reading routine microbiology specimens, including:• Urines• Routine swabs• High vaginal swabs (HVS)• Priority swabs• Blood cultures• Urgent fluid samples• Enteric PCR testing
• Strong understanding of bacteriology workflows and diagnostic interpretation
• HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with BD Kiestra automated microbiology systems
