Care Assistant - Ystrad Mynach (Days & Nights Available)

Position: Care Assistant
Location: Ystrad Mynach, South Wales
Hourly Rate: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts available
Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Support with medication administration in accordance with care plans.
• Ensure dignity, respect, and independence are promoted for all residents.
• Work alongside a team of professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

• All Wales Manual Handling Passport is essential.
• Medication Training is required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
