Then an Area Coordinator Role at the Brothers of Charity Services is the right choice for you. Job Summary To be responsible for the Care, Quality and Compliance of all areas under your responsibility in line with Service Policy and Procedures, reflecting the Mission Statement, Ethos, Vision and Values of Brothers of Charity Services. Our ideal candidate for this role will have: Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Knowledge of all standards set out by the Care Quality Commission, Supporting People Frame work and local Councils Ability to complete all documentation which is legible and produced in a timely manner Ability to complete work rotas for all staff teams Ability to carry out the risk assessment process Ability to chair meetings Must be able to work flexibly across the organisation To carry out the on call service Must have commitment to maintain high customer care standards Must be able to maintain compliance in all areas under your responsibility Full Driving Licence and use of a car for work Hours

37.5 hours per week. 5 days per week over a 4 week rota period, 3 early shifts and 2 late shifts, 2 weekends off out of 4. Location
