Location: Nottingham
Job Type: 0-Hour Contract / Flexible Hours
Salary: £12.85 p/h weekdays, £13.85 p/h weekends, early mornings & evenings (before 8am & after 8pm)

Were looking for kind, caring, and reliable people to join our team as Care Professionals. Whether you have previous experience in care or are new to the sector, we provide full training and ongoing support so you can thrive in your role.


What youll do:

No two days are the same but every day makes a difference. As a Care Professional, you may:

  • Provide companionship and conversation

  • Support with hobbies, activities, and social outings

  • Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, or shopping

  • Offer help with appointments, errands, and travel

  • Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders

  • Provide specialist support for clients with dementia, Alzheimers, or other conditions


Hours & Availability:

We offer flexible working on a 0-hour contract, however we are particularly looking for Care Professionals available for:

  • Morning shifts: 6:45am 2:00pm

  • Evening shifts: 4:00pm 10:00pm

  • Full-time flexibility: Between 6:45am 10:00pm

Please note: You are paid for the time spent delivering care, not for your full availability window.

  • Reliability, good organisation, and flexibility

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

  • Access to reliable transport and business car insurance (if using your own vehicle)
