About Us:Aston House is a small, family-run mental health care home in Herefordshire, and were looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our growing staff team.
Experience is preferred, but not essential full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Shifts: (4 per week + 1 Sleep shift)

• Morning: 8:00am 3:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:30pm 9:30pm
• Sleep shift: 9:30pm 8:30am

Requirements:

• A caring, reliable attitude
• Willingness to be part of a supportive, close-knit team
• Strong spoken and written English
• Organised, reliable, and confident in supporting staff and residents
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• A caring, patient and professional attitude is essential
• A solid understanding of mental health conditions and recovery-focused care approaches

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care (Preferred but not essential)
