Position: Case Manager - Occupational Therapist (Neuro Experience) Location: Remote (West Midlands preferred, with weekly visits to Head Office in Telford) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE, plus commission

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Strong background in case management and care coordination. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Willingness to travel to Head Office in Telford once a week.
