Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Care Enquiry & Assessment Coordinator to be the vital first point of contact for care enquiries. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting families as they begin their care journey, ensuring every initial contact is handled with genuine empathy and clear, helpful information.

Your primary focus will be coordinating and efficiently booking care assessments.

Package:

  • £26,300 per annum starting salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming care enquiries with the utmost empathy, professionalism, and care.
  • Skilfully qualify and triage enquiries based on urgency, individual needs, and the suitability of the services.
  • Work closely with the central care team to efficiently confirm service availability and capacity to meet client needs.
  • Effectively book care consultations with the most appropriate team member, ensuring a timely and convenient experience for families.
  • Occasionally carry out comprehensive in-home care assessments when required, demonstrating our commitment to personalised care.
  • Proactively follow up with potential clients and their families to provide ongoing support and facilitate the uptake of the services.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and logs of all enquiries, consultations, and follow-up actions.
  • Be dedicated to ensuring a smooth, supportive, and reassuring experience for every family who reaches out.

Requirements:

  • Co-ordinator/ Care Admin/ Case management experience preferred ideally
  • Previous exposure to the healthcare sector (all experience considered)
  • Previous administrative / office environment experience
  • Possess strong active listening and effective questioning skills to fully understand client needs.
  • Demonstrate a confident and empathetic consultative approach to guide families through their options.
  • Be highly responsive with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Display genuine empathy and strong emotional intelligence in all interactions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Be results-oriented with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • highly organised and proactive in your follow-up and communication to ensure no detail is missed.
  • Be a warm, clear, and confident communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Be able and willing to travel locally to conduct in-home assessments as needed therefore a full UK driving license will be essential (pool cars can be used for work purposes)
