With a legacy spanning over 40 years and more than 45,000 successful procedures, this clinic is a trusted name in the UK’s private healthcare sector.
We are seeking a Clinic Manager with proven experience in the cosmetic or private healthcare industry, who can lead with confidence, ensure clinical excellence, and deliver a seamless, high-end patient experience.
About the Clinic:
This state-of-the-art facility offers a full spectrum of cosmetic procedures—from breast augmentation and liposuction to rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, and non-surgical treatments like wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers. The clinic is committed to bespoke care, safety, and outstanding results, supported by GMC-registered surgeons and a dedicated clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a busy surgical and non-surgical clinic.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, nurses, and front-of-house staff.
- Manage patient pathways, from consultation through to post-operative care.
- Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and service delivery standards.
- Uphold the clinic’s reputation for discretion, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, or private healthcare clinic.
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering premium, patient-centred care in a high-end environment.
