Key Details:

• Salary: £22.40 per hour, with paid breaks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Core Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm
• Flexibility Required: Ability to cover 12-hour nurse shifts (8am 8pm) when needed

What Were Looking For:

• A registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a similar setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards of care

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with CQC standards
• Support the Home Manager with audits, assessments, and training
• Step in to provide direct nursing care when necessary
