A defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor opportunity has become available with a well-established South Yorkshire based firm in its Barnsley office.

As the Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will take on work in the following areas:

 <li>Cerebral palsy</li>
 <li>Birth and other gynaecological injuries</li>
 <li>Surgical error</li>
 <li>Misdiagnosis/mis prescription</li>
 <li>GP negligence</li>
 <li>Missed fractures</li>
 <li>MRSA</li>
 <li>Poor nursing care</li>
 <li>Inappropriate discharge from hospital</li>
 <li>Falls in hospital</li>
 <li>Absence of informed consent</li>
</ul>

As the new Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will have a proven track record of billing in excess of £200k annually and be comfortable managing a caseload of on average 50 cases.

 You will gain an annual profit share of 25% of all fees billed and received over and above £200,000.
