<h3>Clinical Pharmacists (Edinburgh)</h3>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)</li>
<li>Experience in clinical pharmacy or NHS settings is highly desirable</li>
<li>Independent prescriber status is an advantage</li>
</ul>
Work Scope:
<ul>
<li>Provide expert clinical advice on medication management</li>
<li>Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medications</li>
<li>Review and monitor patient medication records and prescriptions</li>
<li>Deliver patient education on drug usage, side effects, and interactions</li>
