Precedo Healthcare is working in partnership with a new client based in the S45 area. We are currently recruiting experienced Female Healthcare Assistants or Community Home Care Assistants to support clients within an Independent Retirement Village and surrounding areas including Ashover.

This is a female-only client request due to the personal nature of the care and cultural sensitivity.

Key Details:
  • All care calls are double-ups, and include personal care, medication support, and companionship.

  • The role involves both village-based and community visits (approx. 3-4 external calls per shift).

  • Drivers preferred, but non-drivers will be considered.

  • Full shift pay (not just contact time) is provided.

  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile (drivers only).

  • Continuity is important - our client is seeking two female carers who can commit to regular shift bookings.

Shift Pattern Example:

Morning Shift:

  • Starts at 7:00 AM with approx. 4 community calls.

  • 30-minute break (flexible location).

  • Return to the village for 3 local calls and support with lunch service.

Evening Shift:

  • Begins in the village.

  • 30-minute break.

  • Ends with approx. 4 community calls in the surrounding area.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience in a similar setting.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

  • Female applicants only (client preference).

  • We are unable to offer sponsorship or facilitate Skilled Worker visas.
