Your Role
As aChemotherapy Nurse, youll work independently in the community while remaining closely connected to a wider, supportive clinical team. You'll manage a varied caseload involving:
- Blood collection and toxicity assessments
- Administration of IV/oral chemotherapy and cytotoxic drugs
- Pump disconnections and central line care
- IM/SC injections and clinical assessments
Key Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Chemotherapy competence (including cannulation and clinical assessment)
- SACT Passport (desirable)
- Community experience (desirable, not essential)
- Confident working independently in patients' homes
- Salary up to £44,500 per annum
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance + mileage
- 30% 60% enhancements for weekend and evening work
- 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (+ option to buy 5 more)
