What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs as a Paediatric Nurse
• Lead shifts in the absence of Senior Nurses
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
• Participate in audits, research, and service development initiatives

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RCN / RGN / RNLD)
• Experience working with children and young people with complex health needs
• Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (preferred)
• Holistic approach with strong communication skills
