Customer Care Coordinator Job in Chelmsford, Essex
Customer Care Coordinator job, working for a top 10 UK housebuilder for their office in Essex. Our client is looking to speak with experienced customer care professionals, who have an understanding of the property and new-build industry. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £32,000.
Employing over 4,000 people and building over 13,000 homes a year makes our client one of the biggest in the UK. They are now looking to revamp their team in Essex.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate remedial works in line with team SLAs whilst delivering a high quality of customer service
- Deliver all tasks in accordance with company policies and processes
- The role of Coordinator will be reporting into the Customer Care Office Manager or Head of Customer Care
- Handle all incoming communications from customers, whilst acting professionally at all times
- Maintain relationships with Contractors and Operatives, and monitor the progress of works
- Provide Administrative support when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Customer Care
- Property experience would be advantageous
- Experience with COINS
- Literate in IT
- Full UK Driving License.
