About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse to join our nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in dental nursing who thrives in a large, multi-disciplinary practice and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.


Your Responsibilities

  • Clinical Support: Facilitate smooth dental sessions by maintaining the clinic environment and providing unparalleled patient support.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and provide continuous growth opportunities for dental nurses.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the clinic is always stocked and organised with the latest equipment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to infection control, GDC standards, and CQC regulations.
  • Clinical Excellence: Maintain a high standard of patient care and implement improvements to patient journey.
  • Stock & Resource Management: Maintain efficient stock control and liaise with suppliers.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between nurses, clinicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.


What We’re Looking For

  • GDC- registered Dental Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a busy dental setting ideally with proficiency in Itero 3D scanning, dental radiography, photography, and impression-taking.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working across departments and under pressure
  • Passionate about high-quality patient care and team development
