Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse / RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Edwinstowe
Salary: £27.80 per hour + bonus
Hours: Full-time, 7am-7pm, 3-4 days per week (alternate weekends)

We're looking for an experienced clinical leader to join a well-established care home providing nursing, dementia, and personal care to 49 residents.

Your Role

* Lead and support the clinical care team including Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to deliver outstanding care

* Administer medication, manage care plans, and ensure accurate documentation

* Support residents with personal care and daily activities

* Promote independence and dignity while maintaining high care standards

Requirements

Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
3+ years’ experience in a care home setting ( Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Leadership & communication skills
Previous clinical lead or deputy management experience
