As a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN), you will:
- Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring the service is safe, effective, and well-led.
- Manage team rotas, annual leave, and training allocations.
- Liaise with local authorities and social services for clinical assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to team members during and outside working hours.
- Represent the brand with professionalism for residents, team members, and visitors.
- Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals for Registered Nurses and Team Leaders.
The Clinical Deputy Manager will receive:
- Annual salary of £48,000 - £50,000.
