Black Fox Solutions are proud to be working alongside a highly reputable care provider in the Ballymena area in their search for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, well-run 18-bedded nursing unit specialising in dementia care, older people, and physical disabilities.
Were seeking a committed and compassionate nurse with strong clinical and leadership skills to support the Nurse Manager in maintaining exceptional care standards and operational efficiency.
The Role:
Work collaboratively with a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality nursing care to a diverse resident group.
Support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including clinical oversight, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
Act as a positive, visible leader who promotes a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in care.
Assist in the review and development of clinical policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
Contribute to the financial efficiency of the service by managing resources effectively and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What Were Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a leadership role (e.g., Senior/Charge Nurse)
Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for working with older adults and individuals with dementia or physical disability
