As a Diabetes Nurse, you will:
To apply for this position you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, along with a full UK Driving licence. You will also have a minimum of 3 years' managing diabetes in a primary care setting and a diploma in improving diabetes care.

In this Diabetes Nurse position you will be joining a highly-respected primary care provider, who work closely with GP practices in the community. As a Diabetes Nurse, you will:
- Work shifts of Mon Fri / 9am 5pm
- Conduct patient audits and deliver specialist clinics within a GP practice
- Deliver high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in line with Diabetes guidelines
- Identify and optimise care for patients with sub-optimally controlled Type 2 diabetes
- Conduct point of care testing and refer for specialist insulin treatment as needed
- Provide education, support, and advice to patients with Type 2 Diabetes
