We’re looking for an influential system leader with:
- Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register, GDC Specialist List, or UK Public Health Register (or within 6 months of application).
- Proven senior-level experience in public health, ideally within a local authority, NHS, or similar complex political/social setting.
- Expertise in epidemiology, public health policy, health economics, and health promotion.
- Strong partnership skills – able to engage and collaborate across the NHS, local government, and community sectors.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and influencing capability.
- A track record of delivering measurable public health improvements.
- A pivotal leadership role making a direct impact on health outcomes for over 300,000 residents.
