We're looking for a committed and compassionate EHC Coordinator to join our dedicated SEND team. In this vital role, you'll co-ordinate the full statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment process for children and young people aged 0-25 - ensuring every young person receives the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading the statutory EHC needs assessments and ensuring all legal timelines are met

  • Co-producing meaningful and person-centred EHC Plans in collaboration with children, families, and professionals

  • Managing a diverse caseload and working closely with schools, early years settings, and colleges to ensure the right support and placements are in place

  • Attending and contributing to annual reviews, especially at key transition stages

  • Chairing multi-agency meetings and helping determine personal budgets where appropriate

  • Being the main point of contact for families, ensuring their voice is heard every step of the way

What You'll Need:
  • A thorough understanding of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015

  • Experience working within a statutory framework related to SEND

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multi-agency collaboration skills

  • The ability to write clear, outcome-focused EHC plans based on evidence and aspirations

  • A sensitive and proactive approach to working with children, young people, and families
