Overview

We are a start-up clinic dedicated to cutting-edge, personalised approaches to healthspan and lifespan. As our Front of House Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for delivering an exceptional client journey while supporting the clinical team and daily operations.



Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Reception

  • Provide a warm, knowledgeable, and discreet welcome to all clients.
  • Manage client check-ins and coordinate session flow across consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Educate clients on clinic services, values, and longevity concepts as needed.


Administrative Operations

  • Maintain the clinic calendar, manage bookings and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp (or similar).
  • Ensure accurate data entry into patient management systems and CRM tools.


Start-Up Support

  • Assist in building and refining front-of-house workflows and SOPs.
  • Provide feedback to improve the patient journey and operational systems.
  • Take ownership of inventory (supplements, tests, printed materials) and basic procurement.


Clinic Environment

  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are immaculate and aligned with our wellness aesthetic.
  • Organise welcome packs, refreshments, and special touches to elevate the experience.



You Should Have

  • Experience in front-of-house, ideally in healthcare, wellness, boutique hospitality, or a high-end service environment.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills (Google Workspace, CRM, scheduling tools).
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and initiative – ready to take on unexpected challenges typical of a start-up.
  • A genuine interest in health optimisation, biohacking, or preventive medicine.



Nice to Have

  • Previous start-up experience or involvement in building processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with longevity science or functional medicine.
  • First aid training, phlebotomy support, or clinical admin exposure (optional but valued).



Role Details

  • Location: On-site, Central London.
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (some flexibility; occasional evenings/weekends).
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum.
  • Benefits: 5% employer pension contribution, access to an on-site gym, and strong growth and development opportunities.
