Job description
Gastrointestinal Physiologist - Scotland
Location: Highland Region, Scotland
Schedule: Predominantly midweek, with optional weekends
Rate: £110 - £150 per hour (plus accommodation available if required)
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver a wide range of GI physiology investigations in a well-supported, modern clinical environment.
Key Details:
- Predominantly midweek work, with optional weekends available
- £1,000 per day per physiologist
- Accommodation available
Core Tests Required:
- Oesophageal Manometry
- 24-hour pH Recording
- Ano-Rectal Manometry
- Hydrogen Breath Testing
Additional Tests (as required):
- Endo-anal Ultrasound
- Pelvic Floor Biofeedback
Patient Cohort:
- Primarily adults
- Small number of patients under 18 years (approximately 5-10 per annum)
