Job description
Join a respected healthcare team as a Lead Clinical Pharmacist in Bridgwater, Somerset, with easy access from Taunton, Burnham-on-Sea, and Weston-super-Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Clinical Pharmacist with independent prescribing credentials to take on a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. As the Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a central part in shaping clinical services and supporting a forward-thinking primary care environment.
About the Position:

- £65,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
- Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support

Ideal Candidate:
- Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification essential
- Emis experience however if you have SystemOne, full Emis training will be provided.
- Must be registered with GPhC
- At least 1 years' UK experience in GP or primary care
- Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
- Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
- Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of general practice workflows
