What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the key link between patients and clinicians, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and valued
- Manage patient communication, finance plans, and treatment coordination from start to finish
- Help patients make confident choices about their care through honest, empathetic conversations
- Drive business growth by converting enquiries into treatment starts
- Use CRM systems to efficiently manage patient information and follow-ups
About You
- Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Background in sales, client services, or patient coordination (any industry welcome!)
- Naturally empathetic and able to build trust quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM or data management systems
- Motivated by targets and personal development
