Job description
Medmatch is delighted to partner with a well-established, high-performing surgery in Hemel Hempstead, rated "Good" by the CQC. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated GP looking for flexibility, long term stability, and a defined route to Partnership within a supportive environment. The practice comprises 3 partners and 7 salaried GPs, serving a diverse patient population of over 14,500, ensuring varied and engaging clinical work. They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative environment, supporting work-life balance, and encouraging continuous professional development.
Key information:
- £11,000 per session
- 6-10 sessions per week
- Flexible sessions
- Clear pathway to Partnership
- 15 patients AM / 15 patients PM
- 15 minute appointments
- EMIS Web clinical system
- Structured admin support with a buddy system
- Shared on-call rota
- 6 weeks' annual leave
