Salary:£13.00 per hour
Hours:7:00 am 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (Rolling Rota)
Contract:[Full-time / Part-time Flexible]

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves supporting clients to live independently and with dignity, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, in line with care plans.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydration.
  • Support clients with medication prompts and administration (after appropriate training).
  • Help with mobility, including the use of equipment such as hoists (training provided).
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light household duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and report any concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
  • A genuine desire to support others and make a difference in their lives.
  • Good communication skills and a caring, patient nature.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, on a rolling rota.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
