Functional Assessor (WCA)
Location: Derry/L'Derry
Hours: 37.5hrs per week(9AM-5PM, flexible start time)
Salary: Full time - £38,500 - £39,500 + Significant Overtime bonus! (up to 55k per year)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conductpaper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments - 90 mins per case (including time for report writing).
- Writeclear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day + optional overtime.
- Providedetailed justifications to supportNIDFCdecisions.

Overtime incentive:
- £50 per case
- £200 bonus for completing 10 additional cases in a month period earn an extra £700
- £500 bonus for completing 20 additional cases in a month period - earn an extra £1500
Essential Criteria:
- One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor
- Fully registered with NMC or HCPC
- Based in NI, Wales or the Midlands of the UK
