Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Assess and diagnose patients to develop individualised treatment plans.</li>
<li>Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Provide clinical consultations and follow-ups.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Qualification as an Independent Prescriber.</li>
<li>Registration with HCPC (for Physiotherapists) or GPhC (for Pharmacists).</li>
<li>Proven ability to work independently and within a team.</li>
