On-site presence: Minimum 3 days per week

Are you an experienced Estates and Facilities leader with a strong NHS background? We are supporting an NHS Trust in their search for an Interim Director of Estates and Facilities to join them on a 6-month FTC.

This is a pivotal role requiring a visible and proactive leader who can travel across multiple sites to drive improvement and transformation.

Key Deliverables:

• Enhance compliance and governance, with a focus on fire safety, water safety, and broader estates and facilities standards
• Review and optimise the current team structure and ways of working
• Provide strategic leadership and help shape the future direction of the department
• Support the Trust through a corporate restructure
• Refresh and realign the department’s strategic objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading Estates & Facilities teams at Director level within the NHS (they would also consider a strong Deputy)
• Strong understanding of NHS governance, compliance, and operational challenges
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
