Male Day Support Worker
37.5 hours permanent
£12.31 an hour in Silvertown, Newham
Day shifts: 8am-3:30pm & 3pm-10pm
Must be flexible to work both shifts & weekends
Essential: Experience with complex behavioural needs is a requirement due to the nature of this role.
The people we support in service can display very complex behaviours which is why we are looking for people that have worked in this environment before.
Support Worker Benefits
Prince Regent House is a bespoke residential service set in the heart of Newham, providing proactive support for up to 9 adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder who have stepped down from secure settings. Due to this complex behaviours will be displayed physically and verbally.
Support Worker duties:
At Precious, we work by empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and other complex needs, to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways.
Exempt from the Equality Act 2010.
All successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

- Working to person centred/behavioural support plans
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
