Were working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated Good by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager. This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting.
What Youll Do:
As Clinical Lead, youll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. Youll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the clinical care team
- Supporting staff development and mentoring
- Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
- Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shifts
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, ideally within a care home
- Willingness and flexibility to work both days and nights
- A passion for person-centred care in a non-profit environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations
- Salary of £50,000 per annum
- 37.5-hour week with flexible shift pattern
