About the Role:
As Nurse Manager, youll take the reins of the home and lead your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Its a hands-on leadership role where your clinical know how, people skills, and passion for quality care will set the tone across the home.
Youll be supported every step of the way, but youll have the autonomy to make your mark and shape the service your way.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day clinical and operational management
Oversight of safeguarding, quality standards and RQIA compliance
Budget and resource planning
Driving occupancy and reputation in the community
Leading on recruitment, training, appraisals and team development
Building strong relationships with residents, families and external partners
What Youll Need:
NMC Registration (RGN or RMN)
At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse
Background in elderly or specialist care (dementia/intermediate/complex care ideal)
Strong leadership skills with a supportive, team-focused approach
Good knowledge of RQIA standards and audit processes
