The Role
We are searching for a committed nursing home manager, care home manager, or registered manager to take full operational responsibility for a purpose-built care home providing residential and nursing care. Responsibilities include:
Leading a well-trained team to deliver person-centred care for older adults
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal governance
Driving continuous improvement in care delivery, staffing, and resident wellbeing
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
As the registered manager, you will set the tone for compassionate care, foster a culture of excellence, and lead with confidence and care.
