• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home

• Leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care

• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

• Managing budgets, occupancy, and staffing levels efficiently

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home

• A valid NMC pin (preferred but not essential if you have strong management experience)

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
