Select OH is looking for an experienced OH Manager to join our client in Oxford on a full-time permanent basis.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Day to day management of the OHA team.
Travel to all sites as required to support staff and
Maintain Supervisory Records for all OHAs.
Undertake interviews, inductions, training and appraisals for all OHAs.
Attend tender, client review and implementation meetings as required.
Undertake duty clinical manager duties as per the rota.
Undertake an On-Call duties are required.
Maintain competency matrix for all OHAs and fulfil NMC requirements.
Assist Chief Nursing Officer and Associate Directors in the organisation of OHA training and audit days.
Attend internal team leader meetings.
Provide professional occupational health advice for all clients.
Undertake clinical activities as necessary.
Undertake Health Surveillance, including vaccinations and phlebotomy as required.
Provide appropriate advice on health and safety issues, rehabilitation, health promotion and education to employers, employees, line mangers and HR function.
Ensure that one is familiar with the requirements of all appropriate client contracts. Monitor standards of occupational health advice provided.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with client contracts to ensure the higheststandards of occupational health delivery.
Take accountability for identifying, influencing and implementing improvements to the service provided from a clinical point of view, looking for opportunities to extend the Occupational Health product offering.
Ensure clinical activities are kept within agreed service level agreements.
Attend in-house Clinical Audit days, departmental meetings and clinical supervision
Liaise with Administrators/Team Leaders regarding both client and patient queries.
Take responsibility for areas of clinical activities as requested by the Chief Nursing Officer.

Salary - circa £55k + £5k Car Allowance + £1k starting bonus and £1k bonus after one year of employment.
