Locum Occupational Therapist – Acute Mental Health Inpatient Ward
Pay Rate - £35/40 per hour
16 hours per week - flexible
Rotherham, UK
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in acute adult mental health or similar setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organisational, and therapeutic skills.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, recovery models, and safeguarding practices.
Desirable:
- Previous NHS or locum experience.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Familiarity with CPA (Care Programme Approach) and electronic health records (e.g. RiO, SystmOne).
