Working with the Therapy Lead, the Occupational Therapist be responsible for the delivery of Occupational Therapy services to all Residents and clients at Inspire Neurocare. You'll provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of residents’ physical and psychological needs and participate in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual treatment and rehabilitation plans liaising other relevant agencies as appropriate. Possess an Occupational Therapy qualification and registration. Have an understanding of the statutory duties of local government in social care. Have an understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with neurological problems. Be part of a wider network of Occupational Therapists within the company providing peer group supervision, sharing best practice and innovative ideas for service and professional development.
