Job Title: Operational Director of Childrens Services UK
Salary: £77,576 per annum (increasing to £86,196 in 18 months) + £750 Homeworking Allowance
Hours & Contract: 35 Hours per week - Permanent Role
Location: Homebased - covering five of TACT's registered offices which are based in Scotland, Yorkshire and The North East, North West England, North Wales and East Midlands

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a newOperational Director of Children's Serviceswithin TACT Fostering. This role will be responsible for overseeing five of TACT's Registered Area offices spanning three nations.
They will join at an exciting time for TACT and will contribute and deliver to our ambitious strategic plan to increase our ability to care for more children whose needs are not currently being met by the care sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of the foster care sector and will ideally have wider experience working across services who support children and families.
We are looking for a strong strategic and commercial leader with strong people leadership skills, experienced in managing change and working in innovative and fast paced environments.

TheOperational Director of Children's Servicescan be based anywhere in the UK. Travel will be required to attend face-to-face team meetings and on other occasions for training and team wellbeing events.
