As Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily non-clinical operations of the clinic, leading our administrative and facilities teams to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and patient-focused. Key Responsibilities
- Work as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team on site
- Lead and manage the non-clinical functions of the clinic, including administration, facilities, health & safety, and procurement.
- Support the Clinic Director in the delivery of operational strategy and quality initiatives
- Represent the administration team during inspections (e.g., CQC) and external reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Manage health & safety compliance, serving as the clinics Health & Safety Coordinator.
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring adherence to COSHH and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure robust security and IT support processes are in place to maintain operational efficiency.
- Work closely with accounts and corporate billing teams to minimise patient aged debt.
- Maintain effective purchasing and procurement systems in line with audit and compliance standards.
- Drive innovation and improvement in administrative systems to meet the evolving needs of services.
- Ensure GDPR, data protection and confidentiality standards are consistently upheld.
- Contribute to clinic governance, audit processes, and quality improvement projects.
- Participate in safeguarding procedures and incident reporting in line with clinic policies.
