- Location:Hertfordshire (Hybrid 2 days from home, 3 days in the community)
- Salary:Up to £50,000 +£3,000 car allowance

The Role:

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN)with at least18months UK experienceand an activeNMC PIN
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills tosupport and develop a team
- Up-to-date experience intracheostomy care and ventilators(within the last 2 years)
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsto liaise with families and healthcare teams
- Band 5 / Band 6 Nurseswith proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
- Full UK Driving Licence(essential)
Key Responsibilitiesfor aPaediatric Clinical Lead:
- Developtailored care plansto meet individual client needs
- Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring highclinical standards
- Provideongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions
- Work closely withMDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissionersto maintain bespoke care packages
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
Whats In It for You?

- 45p per mile for business travel
- Hybrid working 2 days from home, 3 in the community
- Monday to Friday, 9-5(No weekends or nights!)
