The Role As our Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
- Create and oversee bespoke care plans tailored to each childs needs
- Provide hands-on clinical guidance to support both families and care staff
- Deliver training and clinical supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Collaborate with CHC nurses, MDTs, and commissioners to deliver personalised packages
- Act as a key point of contact for families, helping them feel supported and heard
- RSCN / Registered Children's Nurse with minimum 18 months UK experience
- Up-to-date tracheostomy and ventilator experience (within the last 2 years)
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills (Band 5 or Band 6 welcome)
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
- 45p per mile business mileage reimbursement
- Hybrid working 2 days from home, 3 days in the community
- Sociable hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (no weekends or nights)
