Are you a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist or early in your SLT career and looking to build a strong foundation in a supportive, friendly, and professional team?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our West London service, delivering speech and language therapy across multiple mainstream schools. You’ll be working with a varied caseload of children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs, supporting their development and access to learning in real-world education settings.

About the Role
  • Deliver SLT services across multiple mainstream primary and/or secondary schools

  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, families and carers to support children’s communication needs

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and review across a broad caseload

  • Involve yourself in whole-school approaches, class-based strategies, and individualised support plans

  • Receive regular supervision and support from experienced SLTs within the team

What We’re Looking For
  • HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist (or awaiting registration if newly qualified)

  • Interest and passion for working with children in mainstream school environments

  • Flexibility, confidence and excellent organisational skills

  • A collaborative, reflective and enthusiastic approach to service delivery

  • Ability to travel locally between school sites
