We're Hiring: Peer Support Integration Manager (HIV Services – East Anglia)

Hybrid | £36,000 | 12-month FTC (potential to extend)

Harris Hill is partnering with a leading HIV organisation on a powerful new initiative placing peer support at the heart of HIV care across East Anglia.

We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Integration Manager to lead this service—embedding lived experience into NHS settings, supporting people newly diagnosed or at risk of disengaging from care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead peer support delivery across 3 ICBs

• Supervise caseworkers and sessional staff

• Provide support for complex cases

• Develop clinical and community partnerships

• Coordinate service evaluation and reporting

You must:

• Have experience in peer-led or community support

• Understand intersecting needs (mental health, housing, immigration)

• Be confident working across clinical and voluntary sectors

Benefits:

• 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + office closure

• 8% pension (3% employer / 5% employee)

• Travel expenses covered

• Flexible, hybrid working

This is a unique opportunity to drive systemic change and ensure no one faces HIV alone.
