pstrongABOUT THE ROLE/strong/pp As a Peripatetic Nurse you will be expected to work between 6 homes within the region as and when required. You will be expected to have flexibility and cover day or night shifts when required. The locations are as follows: 1 home in Salisbury, 3 homes in Basingstoke, 1 home in Bramley Green, and 1 home in Weyhill. /ppbr /As a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester, you#39;ll travel across your region to deliver the high clinical standards we#39;re known for. We#39;ll look to you to lead a multi-disciplinary team to make sure that on each shift, at every location, all of our residents get the highest quality care. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from making sure new residents are settling in, to helping advance your team members#39; skills, and developing care plans that are tailored to our residents#39; physical and mental needs. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you#39;ll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.strong/strong/ppstrongABOUT YOUbr //strongTo join us as a Peripatetic Nurse, you#39;ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is important, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards. We#39;ll also look for a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
