AskJules are looking for a team of openminded and reliable PAs to support our client, a young wheelchair user who is beginning their PhD in Management Research. From September they will be studying at King’s College London and will be living in postgraduate halls. This is a great opportunity to help make a positive impact on a person's life!
Start: September 2025
Rota: Live-In / 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: King’s College London, Strand (WC2R 2LS)
Pay: £200 per day / £1,400 per week worked
Free accommodation whilst on shift (Own en-suite room)
About the Job:
Our client is moving from their home in Bristol to start their PhD in Management Research at King’s College London. They are looking for a team of intuitive, friendly and inclusive care assistants that will support them daily, ensuring that care is delivered in a respectful and discreet manner. Our client will be living in postgraduate university halls and you will be provided with a dedicated PA room with an en-suit. Day to day you will assist them with:
- Personal Care
- Health Care
- Social Support
- Housekeeping / Domestic duties
Care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.
About our Client:
Our client is an active and fun loving individual ready to embrace all the opportunities that London has to offer. They are a full-time wheelchair user who has Functional Neurological Disorder as well as Non-Epileptic Seizures and Dissociative Disorder. You will be given full training around our clients care needs. They are non-binary and looking for a trustworthy and personable individual that is happy to assist daily ensuring our client has the best quality of life. They will be studying their PhD in Management Research and are excited to get involved in new sports, societies and activities. Your responsibilities will encompass every aspect of daily life to ensure their comfort and quality of life.
