Are you a qualified Senior Pharmacy Technician looking for a fresh challenge outside the traditional pharmacy setting?
We’re recruiting for a Band 6 Pharmacy Technician to join a busy NHS service in Southend, for a 6-month contract, starting May 2025.
You’ll play a crucial role in patient flow across:
- Emergency Department (ED), Admissions & Wards
- Reviewing and dispensing medications
- Completing prescriptions using e-Prescriptions
- Reviewing patient notes via Careflow
- Checking stock using TMJ Insight
- Supporting efficient patient flow within the UEC department

Requirements:
• GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician
• Extensive experience within a hospital setting
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Confidence to work independently in a community setting
